ECOTROPHELIA EUROPE 2018
The competition took place on 21st and 22nd October 2018 during the SIAL PARIS exhibition at Paris Nord Villepinte (FR).
Ecotrophelia Europe Gold Prize was awarded to Whoopie Ice, the Romanian team from Dunarea de Jos University of Galati, Faculty of Food Science and Engineering.
